Dancers
All our dancers are given a list of rules to follow which they have to agree to and sign a contract to say that they will abide by these rules otherwise they are fired from the company with no warnings. We do this to ensure that a proffesional manner is maintained while at work and at any time they are assosiated with our company ie. out promoting, making posts on forums on the internet eg. DSI. The rules are as follows;
No bad attitude
No Derogatory remarks to anyone on or off line
To always keep a proffesional manner
To turn up in a fit state to work
